Job Title: New Business Telesales Executive Salary: £30,000 Comms OTE £40K to £60k Location: Leicester City Centre Our client is searching for passionate New Business Telesales Executives to become an integral part of the B2B sales team based in Leicester City Centre. Your primary mission will be to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that deliver real value. Key Responsibilities Initiate outbound calls to prospective business clients with the primary goal of introducing the services to meet their needs Proactively identify and cultivate leads utilising data provided by the company, in addition to developing a network of prospective clients Identify customer needs through active listening and thoughtful questioning, and promote suitable solutions that align with their requirements, ultimately providing them with valuable recommendations and insights Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by engaging in effective communication that fosters trust and openness, ensuring that their concerns and feedback are addressed promptly and professionally Work diligently towards achieving and exceeding established sales targets, demonstrating a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and leveraging existing relationships to drive revenue growth Provide exemplary customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring that each interaction is a positive experience for the client while guiding them seamlessly from initial contact through to the final sale and beyond Thorough training will be offered to equip you for success in this dynamic position.
