As aProperty Solicitor, you will be handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing and commercial property matters. You Will Be Responsible For: - Managing a diverse portfolio of property transactions, including residential conveyancing and commercial property matters. - Acting for a range of property investors, developers, and business clients on acquisitions, disposals, and related transactions. - Liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient process. - Working flexibly within the property team and supporting colleagues as needed. - Maintaining high professional standards and contributing to the continued growth of the department. What We Are Looking For - Previously worked as a Property Solicitor, Property Lawyer, Legal Executive, Conveyancer or in a similar role. - Qualified as Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (FILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer. - Proven experience of 3 years in commercial property work. - Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage files independently. - Confident working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. - For remote candidates, prior experience of working successfully from home is essential.
