As our team has grown we have opportunities for a contract Process Engineers to become a member of our friendly, supportive, and creative engineering team to work on an exciting project in our Nuclear sector.
What you will do
* Provide engineering services design and consultancy work on behalf of Baker Hicks under the direction of the line manager or process lead.
* Produce process engineering design deliverables (including PFDs, P&IDs, heat and mass balance calculations, datasheets, specifications, schedules, calculations)
* Contribute to safety reviews and other risk assessment
* Reviewing vendor quotations and liaising with equipment and package vendors
* Utility system specification, design, and capacity evaluation
* Assist in plant layout development
* Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary members of the design team to deliver safe, efficient, and buildable solutions
Requirements
Non-Negotiable
* Degree in Chemical Engineering
* Currently hold Security Clearance or eligible to pass criteria for Security Clearance.
Desirable
* Experience in the Nuclear sector
