As a Lecturer in Electrical Installation, you'll be delivering engaging, industry-relevant training to electrotechnical apprentices. You'll contribute to curriculum planning, practical skills delivery, assessment, and learner support – helping apprentices develop the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed in the industry.

What skills are we looking for:
* A multitasker – You'll be balancing lesson planning, classroom delivery, assessment, and learner support, so strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
* A practical problem-solver – We value creative thinkers who can bring fresh approaches to teaching and inspire apprentices with real-world insight and hands-on ideas.
* A finisher – Whether it's delivering a session, preparing assessments, or helping a learner succeed, we need someone who sees things through and delivers high-quality outcomes on time and within expectations.
Responsibilities for the role:
* Planning and delivering all aspects of teaching learning and assessment.
* Deliver high quality training to apprentices and work-based learners.
* Work at our college sites and when required on site on employer's premises
* Inspire our students to excel in the sector and in their learning.
The Location:
The college is based in Nuneaton in a general further education setting. Nuneaton is a great place to live with plenty of social and sport facilities together with great transport links. The college also has a site in Harrowbrook (Hinckley), South Wigston and the MIRA Technology Institute, there may be a requirement to teach at these sites for part of the working week.
