Salary: £35,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements: IT or business-related 3rd level qualification OR 5 years business systems experience Experience with Phocas or similar BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) Strong understanding of dashboards, KPIs, data modelling, and reporting structures Excellent communication and stakeholder management Proven ability to translate business needs into technical BI solutions Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience of project work and cross-functional collaboration Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Responsibilities: Own the BI Application Act as the primary SME for our Phocas BI platform Design and build dashboards, data views, metrics, and custom reports Manage BI governance, user access, and security roles Train and empower users to adopt self-service analytics Develop, maintain, and optimise group-level business reports and KPIs Partner with stakeholders across key functions to understand reporting needs Validate and consolidate data from multiple systems, including ERP sources Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs Manage scheduled reporting cycles and deliver ad-hoc insights Align frameworks across IT, Finance, Sales, and Operations Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved data quality Provide insights that directly support operational and strategic decisions Champion governance and best practices across the Group Lead data-driven projects, including integrations and model enhancements Work with Phocas support on testing, enhancements, and new functionality Technologies: Business Intelligence ERP Excel Support Power BI Qlik Security Tableau More: At Haldane Group, we are a leading, fast-growing organisation operating across the UK & Ireland.
