Account Executive – the brief
You will fit right into the team if you are a team player, ready to get stuck in. You should have a positive attitude and an open and curious mind that is motivated to deliver knock-out work. You come armed with a good attitude to work, can focus on the detail and the big picture, and have fantastic interpersonal skills. Finally, you’ll have tonnes of enthusiasm for brands.
The day-to-day responsibilities are varied, but include -
* Setting up and attending client meetings
* Note-taking and the creation of status report and contact reports for distribution to clients
* Creation and maintenance of project schedules
* Help manage branding projects from kick off to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
* Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, artwork) to ensure alignment with client expectations
* Proofreading of documents and assisting with amends and updates
* Assisting with the smooth running of the studio (including where required office management tasks)
* Working with the design team to manage the creation and delivery of assets
* Creating POs, developing invoices
* Working with the SAM, ensure projects are delivered on budget
* Undertaking benchmarking research
* Assist the client services team with new business activities
