Responsibilities
* Support individual and group pupil learning activities
* Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
* Help implement tailored learning plans
* Provide emotional and social support to students
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff to meet students\' needs
* Encourage independence and confidence in learners
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience working with children, particularly with special educational needs (SEN) is desirable
* Compassionate, patient, and adaptable
* Excellent communication skills
* Reliable and enthusiastic
* Able to work effectively as part of a team
