* Salary - £13.94 per hour, including holiday pay
Your Role:
o Deliver exceptional customer service, providing information, advice, and support.
o Handle reception duties like managing calls, sorting post, logging repairs, and processing payments.
o Ensure safety as a designated First Aider and Fire Marshal, including building patrols and wellbeing checks.
o Support residents, service users, and the public-whether listening, addressing concerns, or managing complaints.
