As a Security Officer, you'll protect people and property, inspire others, and have opportunities to advance. This role includes searches, emergency response, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
You'll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe.
* Active Patrols: Regularly patrol designated areas to detect and deter suspicious activity.
* Thorough Searches: Conduct detailed searches following company policies.
* Detailed Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of incidents and observations.
* Effective Communication: Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and external authorities.
* Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to employees, visitors, and guests with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:
* A valid SIA licence.
* Ability to pass relevant background and vetting checks.
* Security experience in a regulated environment.
* Customer service experience involving face‑to‑face interaction.
* Experience with access control systems or security software (desirable).
* The right to work in the UK with a 5‑year checkable history.
* Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
