Job Title: Homeownership Services Officer
Location: Bracknell (Hybrid Working)
Contract: 6 Months Ongoing
Rate: £27 per hour (Umbrella)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Homeownership Services Officer to join a Local Authority in Bracknell on a hybrid working basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leasehold and homeownership experience to support the delivery of a high-quality service to residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of leasehold and shared ownership properties
* Provide advice and support to homeowners on service charges, leases, and related queries
* Handle enquiries relating to resales, staircasing, and Right to Buy/Right to Acquire
* Investigate and resolve complex customer queries and complaints
* Work closely with internal teams including finance, legal, and property services
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies
Requirements
* Previous experience in a homeownership xsngvjr or leasehold services role within a Local Authority or Housing Association
* Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation and service charges
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
