The role of Data Engineer will include:
1. Managing and delivering the continuous improvement of Sanctuary's enterprise data engineering capabilities
2. Full responsibility for the end-to-end ETL lifecycle across a complex SAP and non-SAP data landscape, responsible for defining, building and scaling a modern data platform aligned to business needs
3. Championing modern data engineering practices and shape the roadmap for data engineering initiatives ensuring resilience, availability, scalability, governance and performance to support Sanctuary's business goals
4. Partnering with Data Governance, Data Architecure, Data Enablement, BI and business teams to fully understand data requirements and build fit-for-purpose solutions
Skills and experiences:
5. Understanding of SAP data structures and LSMW data uploads
6. Good understanding of SAP analytics product roadmap
7. Comprehensive experience managing Data Engineering initiatives in complex environments
8. Excellent organisational and planning skills

21. Role salary is £54,197 with an additional policy allowance of £18,969 per annum (rising to £57,050 with an additional policy allowance of £19,967 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
