Location: Hybrid - Morden – Apollo House Salary: £29,640 - £34,277 per annum pro rata Hours: 36 hours per week – flexible options considered Contract Type: 6 month fixed term contract – secondment This is a great opportunity to join our team - Employer of the Year Housing Heroes awards 2025 Due to an internal move, we’re seeking a full time Regional Housing Administrator to join us in Morden to work alongside a team of customer-focussed and efficient administrators who all provide an effective administrative service to our Neighbourhood team. You’ll be required to report any communal repairs to contractors, maintaining relevant records, and action customer enquiries, liaising with contractors and raising Purchase Orders. We’ll look to you to maintain records of lettings and liaising with colleagues on inspections and be able to cover the reception at the Morden office as and when required. You’ll already have previous experience in a customer service environment. You’ll be able to write clear, accurate and concise records, often analysing data from a variety of sources and be able to prioritise your busy workload as required.
