Job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide administrative support within the Administration Team, Child & Young People's division, based at the Denbighshire Child Development Centre, Denbigh.
Main duties include supporting the team with various administrative tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and demonstrating professionalism. The successful candidate should possess a good standard of education, excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and be well-organized. Proficiency in keyboard skills and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
A professional telephone manner is required. While speaking Welsh is beneficial, it is not essential. The candidate must demonstrate a sensitive and professional approach at all times.

Person Specification
Qualifications (Essential): GCSE English at grade C or above, NVQ Level 2, or equivalent, or willingness to work towards.
Experience (Essential): Knowledge of administrative processes; experience in an office environment, preferably within the NHS.
Skills (Essential): Effective communication, customer service, flexibility, organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge (Essential): Understanding of policies, service level agreements, KPIs, and secretarial roles including progress chasing.
Personal Qualities (Essential): Ability to adhere to policies and demonstrate continual personal development.
Additional requirements include compliance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and consideration for Skilled Worker sponsorship, with relevant guidance provided.
