The PLM4A (Product Lifecycle Management for Alstom) Site Digital Continuity Officer will lead the PLM4A Deployment and Cultural Change (D&CC) on a dedicated Site for Rolling Stock and Component product lines. The Site Digital Continuity Officer (DCO) represents the program on the site. They will lead and steer site D&CC strategy, relay the communication from the program and provide information from the site field, report to site & region management and secure overall PLM4A deployment performance (QCD). We'll look to you for: PLM4A Site Strategy Deployment.
Responsibilities
* Lead PLM4A deployment strategy for the site, including roadmap (e.g., projects / product deployment sequence), staffing & resources, and priorities (tenders, reference solutions).
* Ensure strategy validation by site management.
* Relay Central, Region and Platform strategies, identifying and prioritising projects, reference solutions and/or products to be migrated.
* In collaboration with E2E PM, steer deployment & cultural changes activities on the site, including:
* Site Deployment planning definition (detailed roadmap, budget and resources).
* Site Change network & animation, surveying the community to identify potential risks, obstacles and opportunities, and supporting new PLM processes adoption.
* Site Communication plan definition (e.g., local events) and validation.
* Site Training plan definition and validation.
* Site Products BOM rebuilt and 3D migration.
* Secure deployment performance (Quality, Cost, Delivery accountability) of the site.
* Report progress and provide feedback or escalation (solution and deployment wise).
Qualifications
* Knowledge on Rolling Stock Engineering / Industrial processes highly desirable.
* Experience in transformation program/process.
* Project / Operations Management.
