Since our inception in 2004 we have grown succesfully, whilst looking to open our 8th branch in the coming weeks - We are looking to invest in an experienced recruiter to lead our Manchester branch with our existing team.
The Role
As Branch Manager, you'll be the driving force behind one of our key regional offices. This is a dual-role combining strategic leadership with hands-on sales. You'll lead a team of recruiters, manage client relationships, and grow the branch's revenue by securing new business and expanding existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals
* Negotiate terms and close deals that align with company targets
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead
Branch Leadership
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of recruitment consultants
* Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring the branch meets performance and revenue targets
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency
* Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
Client & Candidate Management
* Ensure high-quality service delivery to both clients and candidates
* Resolve issues swiftly and professionally, maintaining strong client satisfaction
* Support consultants in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in recruitment within the construction or Industrial sectors
* Strong sales background with a track record of hitting targets
* Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a team
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Commercially astute with a strategic mindset
