Pentagon CUPRA, Chilwell is looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Previous motor trade experience is an advantage but not essential — full training and development will be provided from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
4. Welcoming customers and guiding them through the full vehicle buying journey
5. Building strong relationships and understanding customer needs
6. Achieving sales targets and maximising every opportunity
7. Promoting finance, service plans, warranties, and additional products
8. Following up with new and existing customers
9. Delivering an outstanding showroom experience at every stage
What We’re Looking For
10. Experience in retail, sales, or a target-driven environment
11. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
12. A motivated, positive, and driven attitude
13. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
14. Confidence using IT systems including Microsoft Office
15. Full UK driving licence

This position is working 5 days a week as per the sales rota with rotated weekends
Who are we looking for?
You will need to have:
23. Experience working in a target-driven retail sales background.
24. Exceptional Customer Service skills.
25. Strong and effective communication skills.
26. Brilliant rapport building skills.
27. Motivation and drive.
28. The ability to deliver a first class Customer buying experience and maximise every profit opportunity.
29. An enthusiasm and passion for exceeding targets.
30. Knowledge of IT Systems including Microsoft Office
31. A full, UK driving licence.
Previous motor industry sales experience is a distinct advantage but not essential as a full training and development programme will be provided from Day 1.
The successful applicant must agree to a Basic Disclosure under the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) procedures. Employment will be offered to the successful applicant subject to a satisfactory Disclosure report.
