What You’ll Be Doing: Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals Work closely with stakeholders including customers, sales, developers, UX designers, and QA teams Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and deliverables Facilitate effective communication between development teams and business stakeholders Support planning and task scheduling across product releases Gather and analyse feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions Ensure high-quality delivery through detailed documentation, test case definition, and continuous process improvement What You Bring: Essential: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment Familiarity with Agile development and collaboration with technical teams Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision-making Excellent communication skills with confidence working across business and tech teams Experience with backlog management, planning, and stakeholder engagement Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar development tools Desirable: Experience with project management or construction tech software Understanding of Gantt charts, critical path analysis, and resource planning Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar product management platform
