Salary: £29,344 – £44,919 (depending on experience)
About the Role
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Aylesbury is looking for a Reception Teacher to join their Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. The school has a strong focus on play-based learning, phonics, and outdoor provision, ensuring children have the best start to their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality EYFS lessons in line with Development Matters
* Support children’s phonics, communication, and early number skills
* Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages independence
* Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and SENCO to meet individual needs
Requirements
* QTS and recent experience teaching in EYFS or KS1
* Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and phonics teaching
* Creative, nurturing, and child-centred approach to learning
