Aldershot/ Oxford | £43k - £53.8k per annum (dependent on skills and qualifications)

* Ensuring projects are completed in a safe, productive, and cost-effective manner.
* Ensuring our frontline engineers are working in line with company policies and procedures through audits.
* Managing both SGN employees and contractors across all the range of operational activities, including the Construction, Repair, Connections & Competency processes.
* Attending planning meetings, such as those with Highway Authorities, and coordination meetings.
* Satisfying the needs of all customers and stakeholders.
* Undertaking standby duties as necessary (with appropriate training provided)
What you will need
* Experience working within the utility industry, with knowledge of health and safety procedures is desirable
* Demonstrable team leadership, managerial, coaching, organisational, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communicators at all levels and being able to successfully engage with all stakeholders, customers, contractors and your own team.
* Flexibility with a 'can do’ enthusiastic approach and strive to outperform targets.
* The candidate must have a flexible approach to work and hold a full and valid driving license.
