Job Title: Regional HR Lead / HR Director


Location: London, hybrid (3 days in office)

Team Introduction

The Ant International People Team are looking for an experienced, dynamic, commercial People Partner to support the EMEA region. As the global HQ for Ant International is in Singapore, this role based in London offers global exposure with peers in the People & Talent leadership team, and will require the maturity and agility to partner with global senior leadership as well as regional leadership. You and your team will provide end to end functional leadership including implementation of People initiatives that enable the delivery of the group strategy and business plans of the EMEA locations for Ant International. This is a senior HR role and as such we are looking for someone passionate about HR with a commercial proactive and strategic mindset who wants to drive transformation and change with an ability to gain the buyin from key stakeholders and to understand the business at its core. To be successful this individual will embody the culture of Ant International and thrive in a global inclusive creative fastpaced collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:

* Provide leadership, consulting and coaching to the EMEA leaders across all areas of people function including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, rewards & benefits, talent management and development, mobility and regulatory compliance
* Establish and maintain a highly competent and motivated people team that is effectively interconnected across the region through dedicated people partners, exceptional workplace experience, and efficient People Operations.
* Drive and conduct organizational analysis including data trends to identify the business challenges and develop people strategies to facilitate the business growth and organization development.
* Collaborate and partner with our CoE Talent & Acquisition, C&B and Shared Services functions to achieve the desired outcomes of the business and organization, considering the diverse needs of the stakeholders and peers.
* Facilitate organisational design and change management initiatives to optimise functional efficiency and effectiveness.
* Engage on issues of organisational design to improve departmental structure, process and workflows in order to help teams operate more effectively.
* Solid ER Knowledge and understanding of employment legislation to appropriately advise managers and lead on ER cases.
* Review and analyse data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and engagement in client groups.
* Champion the regional culture building, drive organization diversity and support the business to build an inclusive culture across all aspects of the employee journey, policies and practices.
* Programs and event organization for employee engagement. Cultivation of company's culture, values across functions and teams across EMEA region


Job requirements and expectations:

* Degree qualified in Business, Human Resources or similar, with deep HR experience and significant leadership experience.
* An individual with strong business acumen who sees the opportunity to drive change.
* Intellectual agility, strong curiosity and good quality judgement with collaborative skills working across different cultures.
* Organisation awareness and knowhow to navigate complex matrix environment.
* Accustomed to working closely with senior leaders, with the ability to influence and challenge when needed.
* Proactive and always looking for ways to do things better – not satisfied with maintaining the status quo.
* Ability to develop relationships quickly with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Must have UK based HR experience and a strong understanding of UK employment law. Experience in other countries of EMEA region is an advantage.
