Responsibilities
You’ll support a small caseload of clients with mental health needs or physical disabilities, helping them move into sustainable work. From assessment and job searching through to coaching and in-work support, you’ll be with them every step of the way. Full training is provided in the IPS Employment Support model.
Qualifications
* Voluntary or paid experience supporting vulnerable people or
* 12+ months in a role where you’ve hit targets (sales, customer service, etc.)
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with employers.
Locations
Roles across London boroughs including Brent, Barnet, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hillingdon & Harrow, Hounslow, Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Islington, Camden, Haringey.
