Duties:
* Overviewing a team in the Food Production
* Delegating tasking and targets to production line workers
* Ensuring Relevant safety paper work is filled out
Potential progression to progress to cell leader positions
The successful candidate will have people leadership skills and come from a production / packaging or assembly environment, a background in food production or packaging would be advantageous but not essential.
Hours of work :
* 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 rotating on a weekly basis
