Summary:
You will work with the distribution team to ensure the distribution product supports development in each market segment through efficient and effective service capabilities. You will serve as the principal customer problem manager from the standpoint of Product Support.
Responsibilities:
* Identify, analyze, and resolve customer needs and problems.
* Establish and fulfill objectives, produce outcomes, suggest alternatives, and make prompt judgments.
* Support areas such as NPI process, process improvement, sector development, warranty policy, etc.
* Lead customer issue resolution.
* Manage and adjudicate warranties.
