At Titans FA, we provide academy-standard football coaching for children of all levels. Whether it’s a child who’s never kicked a ball before or one with the potential to join a professional academy, we cater to everyone.
We are looking for multiple coaches at the following location:
*There is the opportunity for more work throughout the week and weekends at various other centres*
We are currently seeking passionate and energetic football coaches who believe in developing youth players to join our club. Coaches must be available on the specified days; however, there are opportunities for additional work during the week and weekends at various centres.
Our coaching approach ensures that each session is positive, personal, professional, and inclusive. We maintain great player-to-coach ratios to ensure every child receives attention.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Arrive at the venue to set up your pitch and prepare to deliver your session.
2. Deliver your session within the allocated timeframe and according to the provided curriculum theme.
3. Help the team pack and secure equipment after the session.
4. Become a Team Manager and lead a team that competes in the Harrow Youth Football League or Harrow Soccer Combination.
Schedule:
1. Availability during the times listed above.
2. Flexibility for additional evening and weekend work.
3. Extra hours available during Half Term (Easter) and Summer Camps.
Experience:
- Some experience in youth development coaching or within an educational setting (primary or high school).
Licences/Certifications:
1. Enhanced DBS Check (Mandatory – can be completed upon joining).
2. FA Level 1 in Coaching Football (minimum requirement).
3. Driver’s Licence with access to a car (preferred).
