Role Description
The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with clients. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions. The role involves conducting market research, preparing proposals, attending industry events, and contributing to sales strategy development. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ravensthorpe.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
* Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic business planning.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design engineering and project management.
* Experience in the Oil & Gas, Aerospace, or high-performance engineering industries is highly desirable.
* A results-driven mindset with the capability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Proven organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
* Willingness to work on-site in Ravensthorpe and participate in client visits or industry events as needed.
