We are seeking to recruit a Pricing Analyst in a new position to join the growing Commercial department.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
We have a high performing, well-established and growing Portfolio and Pricing team, supporting significant sales growth, product developments, and providing contract management, portfolio analysis, and insight. This new role has been created to expand the Pricing team and support an ambitious business plan.
Reporting to the Pricing Team Manager, the Pricing Analyst is responsible for the timely and accurate assessment, preparation, and pricing of prospective customer electricity supply offers across Bryt Energy’s product suite, supporting Sales within SLAs. The role requires a thorough understanding of product options, pricing methodologies, input costs, variables, and associated risks.
YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
* Analyze historic consumption data from HH customers and prepare for pricing.
* Forecast future consumption data based on historic data, using technical expertise to handle large data sets.
* Conduct risk assessments on potential customers to understand their data and activities before pricing.
* Liaise with Sales teams and Statkraft to resolve queries, obtain missing information, and gather necessary inputs.
* Perform ad hoc data analyses, such as market research on energy suppliers.
* Create price offers for all products, including fixed, flex, cash-out, and basket supply contracts, based on market data.
* Handle complex pricing for strategic customers with bespoke requirements.
* Produce matrix prices to support various Sales products and tariffs.
* Manage the validity of prices in collaboration with Sales and Statkraft, updating offers as needed.
* Coordinate with the Portfolio Operations team to address customer queries and post-onboarding activities.

* Knowledge of the UK B2B electricity supply industry and regulations is advantageous.
* Experience in energy pricing operations, especially with I&C Flex contracts, is preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
* Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; VBA knowledge is a plus.
* Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
