We’re seeking a strategic, hands‑on Head of PMO to drive the successful delivery of client projects and internal programmes. You’ll ensure our delivery operations are efficient, scalable, and always aligned with customer needs, while fostering a high‑performing, collaborative team culture. You’ll champion continuous improvement, cross‑functional collaboration, and operational excellence.
About the role
You will:
* Lead the Project Management Office to deliver high‑quality client outcomes and internal initiatives.
* Own and manage budgets, forecasting, and revenue recognition across multiple customer portfolios and product lines.
* Champion the development and coaching of project managers, fostering a culture of ownership and growth.
* Personally manage a selection of high‑impact or complex client projects, ensuring delivery excellence.
* Act as a senior escalation point for client programmes, providing swift resolution and proactive support.
* Drive continuous improvement through project reviews, retrospectives, and feedback loops with delivery squads and clients.
* Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration between delivery, sales, systems, and professional services teams, and partner with presales to align delivery timelines and resource planning for upcoming projects.
