SEN Teaching Assistant – WN4
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary/secondary school in WN4.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone seeking long-term stability and the chance to secure a permanent role within a supportive school environment.
The Role:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs
* Supporting students with additional learning, behavioural, or communication needs
* Working closely with the SENCO and class teachers
* Encouraging engagement, confidence, and academic progress
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience supporting children or young people with SEN
* Calm, patient and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* Passion for inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
