Early Years Practitioner (Full Time or Part Time)

Salary: £27,711 FTE (pro rata to hours worked)
Start date: September 2025 – Permanent
Working pattern: Flexible, term time (39 weeks/year)
The School and Role
A welcoming, community-focused primary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their team from September 2025. You will support the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive EYFS environment for children aged 4–5, working closely with colleagues and families to foster a calm, safe, and engaging space where every child can thrive. This role is available on a full-time or part-time, term-time basis to suit your availability.
Requirements
Please note: Only applicants with the right qualifications and proven UK early years experience will be considered.
1. A Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification (essential)
2. Proven experience in a UK early years or nursery setting
3. Ability to promote high standards and consistency in behaviour and routines
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills
5. Calm, organised, and proactive approach to supporting young learners
6. GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
7. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for a new one
