Your Role
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the experiences of our children. Your responsibilities will include:
* Creating a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
* Implementing the Forest School approach to promote sensory exploration and child-led play.
* Engaging with families to foster strong community connections.
* Continuously improving our practices to ensure the best outcomes for children.
What We Need From You
We are looking for passionate individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of children. Here’s what you should bring:
* A genuine passion for working in childcare.
* Availability to work shifts between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
* A commitment to continual professional development.
* Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework.
* Relevant qualifications: NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, NVQ Level 3, or EY Educator.
