Senior Producer (Made at Curve), CURVE THEATRE
Curve is an award‑winning producing theatre with a commitment to ensuring as many people as possible can access great art and culture. Each year, almost 1.9 million people engage with Curve through performances in Leicester, across the UK and internationally. Under the leadership of Chief Executive Chris Stafford and Artistic Director Nikolai Foster, Curve has developed an international reputation for producing, presenting and touring a bold and diverse slate of works, including new drama, musical theatre, dance and comedy.
Reporting to Will Mauchline, Director of Producing and Programming, the successful candidate will be a highly motivated, experienced producer who is excited by the vision of the theatre and committed to creating world‑class work for the communities of Leicester and beyond.
The Senior Producer will play a pivotal role in the delivery and realisation of our Made at Curve productions and co‑productions across a range of scales and genres. Responsibilities include managing each aspect of show delivery from contracting artists and scheduling performances through to monitoring expenditure and ensuring projects run on time and on budget.
Alongside excellent financial, administrative and business‑planning skills, the Senior Producer must be capable of working brilliantly both as part of a team and independently, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
