About The Role
As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring hygiene standards are upheld. This is a full-time role, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with basic food preparation
* Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and organised
* Wash dishes and kitchen equipment
* Support chefs with daily kitchen tasks
* Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations
What We're Looking For
* Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential; full training will be provided
* A team player with a can-do attitude
* Good time management and reliability
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
