This established team is looking for an experienced employment solicitor to add strength to the Manchester team. They advise a broad range of commercial clients—from major PLCs and national limited companies to tech disruptors, media giants, and leading retail brands. * Title: Associate
* Salary: to £75,000 DOE
* Experience: 1 PQE +
* Location: Manchester
* Work pattern: Hybrid
Excellent mix of contentious and non-contentious work
This exciting employment team is looking to hire an experience Associate with 1 PQE or more experience to add depth to their overall offering. Expect a fantastic mix of transactional and advisory matters. The team also handles quality contentious and tribunal work:
* Employment tribunal litigation (including nationally reported cases)
* Strategic advice on restructures, whistleblowing, and discrimination matters
* Corporate support on M&A transactions and TUPE issues
* Working closely with the lead Partner and wider team on complex, high-value matters
