A Care Assistant you will provide high quality individualised care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding our residents privacy, dignity and independence at all times. Your role is to create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere, putting resident needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual. We respect differences and recognise our staff and residents will have different needs.
No previous experience is required for this role as we will provide full training; if this is your first role in Care we will support you fully. The role requires a flexible, hard‑working and caring attitude, a desire to work as part of a dedicated team, and a right to work in the UK.
