About the Role:
As Sales Manager (Animal Nutrition) for the UK & Ireland market, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth, expanding market presence, and providing technical support to customers across the animal nutrition and feed sectors.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing relationships with feed manufacturers, premix companies, and key industry stakeholders.
* Driving new business opportunities while managing existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
* Collaborating with technical and marketing teams to support product positioning, portfolio development, and customer education.
* Partnering with supply chain and QA teams to ensure regulatory compliance and consistent product quality.
* Contributing to product trials, data collection, and technical presentations for customers and internal teams.
* Providing market insights and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
About You:
We are seeking a commercially driven professional with a strong technical foundation in animal nutrition. The ideal candidate will have:
* A BSc or MSc in Animal Nutrition (or closely related field).
* 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within the animal feed or feed additives sector.
* Knowledge of premixes, feed ingredients, additives, and livestock nutrition markets.
* A proven track record in achieving sales growth and managing complex customer relationships.
* Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills.
* A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
* Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland.
