We are currently seeking a Service Manager to join our Land Rover dealership in Hereford. This is a full‑time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm.
This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced Service Advisor or Workshop Manager who is ready to step into a senior management role. Reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the department’s performance and driving continuous improvement.
The role offers a basic salary of up to £40,000 with an attractive On‑Target Earnings of £50,000, along with the use of a company car.

Role and Responsibilities
* Ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Service department.
* Maximise departmental performance in line with market potentials through the sale of labour, parts and accessories.
* Ensure that all manufacturer policies and procedures are adhered to.
* Plan, forecast and deliver sales targets.
* Manage and develop the team.
* Grow workshop utilisation and efficiency.
* Exceed customer satisfaction.
* Manage the smooth running and day‑to‑day activity of the Service Department.
Ideal Candidate
* Previously worked as a Senior Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager or Workshop Manager.
* Unlimited confidence, resilience, drive, energy and talent.
* A well‑presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed.
* The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers.
* Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
