Base Pay Range
$30,000.00/yr – $35,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience).
Package
* Up to £28k basic (can go higher for the right experience) plus OTE £30k – £35k
* Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 + 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00 – 14:00
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
* Discretionary company bonus
* Regular team social events
Role Responsibilities
* Overseeing and analysing business performance, including managing figures and KPIs
* Acting as a dependable liaison with vendors and suppliers – maintaining relationships and ensuring smooth communication
* Providing essential support across sales teams
* Ensuring daily operations run efficiently and to a high standard
Candidate Profile
* Strong and experienced in an office environment
* Articulate, with the confidence to liaise at all levels
* Commercially savvy – able to spot opportunities and improve processes
* Hands‑on, happy to get stuck into the details as well as the bigger picture
* Driving licence (desirable not essential)
