Salary - Grade 6 Point 9 (Actual Salary £22,104).

Job Purpose
* The post holder will be a member of the Care and Guidance Team and will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the student attendance system.
* Produce and analyse data in line with current Ofsted requirements, and respond proactively by engaging with students and families.
* Work to improve attendance across the school.
* Act as a key representative with teachers, tutors, parents, and carers to ensure they are supported throughout their time at school.
* Work as part of a team, supporting teaching staff, support staff, SENDCO, and Heads of Departments/Years.
* Implement and promote the key principles of the Trust and the school, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where all staff have a voice to inspire, challenge, and succeed.
