Key responsibilities: Oversee worker performance, providing training and support as needed. Conduct weekly inductions across multiple client sites. Build and maintain strong relationships with client site teams and management. Carry out right-to-work checks and verify documentation. Ensure all compliance processes are met and documented. Ensure health & safety standards are consistently upheld. What you'll need: Minimum 2 years' experience in account management or high-volume recruitment. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple sites. Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel between sites within a 50-mile radius.
