Key Responsibilities: · Sampling & testing of raw milk, in-process, and finished packaged products · Perform routine microbiological, chemical & physical quality checks · Accurately log and analyse data to flag deviations or trends · Assist with HACCP, GMP protocols, and standard cleaning regimes · Help prepare for and support internal/external audits · Collaborate with production, processing, hygiene & dispatch teams to resolve quality issues · Maintain precise documentation in line with SALSA/SOPA/EHO requirements Essential Requirements: · Experience in food or dairy environments or lab settings (preferred) · Familiarity with food safety systems/regulations · Excellent attention to detail and methodical working style · Strong IT skills (Excel & MS Office) · Ability to work shift patterns, including weekends Desirable: · Degree or HNC in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field · Previous lab or QA experience What we offer: · Pension auto-enrolment, Scotwest Credit Union access · Staff discount on products, free uniform & onsite parking · Training, Monthly pay · Join a growing team in a modern facility with room to grow INDLP
