Role
We are looking for skilled agile leaders to empower our high‑performing teams to deliver cutting‑edge digital solutions as we transform the future of DWP services used by millions of people. You will lead using Agile frameworks, remove any barriers, and utilise key metrics and insights to help us make decisions and deliver better outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Lead within the Health and Disability team, designing simple, responsive digital services for people with health conditions or disabilities.
* Collaborate across policy, strategy, and delivery teams to shape the future of health and disability support.
* Identify blockers and find the best way round through, ensuring teams have what they need to deliver the best services.
* Work on products that impact millions of lives, collaborating across policy, strategy, and delivery teams to shape the future of health and disability support.
Qualifications
* Promoting a culture of psychological safety in teams, managing team dynamics, and fostering a continuous improvement environment.
* Experience of leading and building stakeholder relationships at multiple levels.
* Proactive approach to learning and development of yourself and others.
* Experienced in the use of Agile principles and practices.
