Main duties of the job
Our Painter and Decorators provide comprehensive painting and decorating services across our extensive estate. As our buildings support NHS services, high standards and safety are paramount.
Your work will directly support better patient care and benefit patients, staff, and visitors. The role involves working both inside and outside, from top to bottom of our buildings.
You will collaborate with other teams within Estates, across the organization, and with CNTW to maintain our buildings to a high standard.

Person Specification
Experience
* Experience as a painter and decorator
* Experience with minor building work or glazing
Skills and Knowledge
* Proficient in painting and decorating various environments
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Comfortable working in confined spaces, at heights, and challenging environments
* Good understanding of health & safety practices
Qualifications
* Completed a recognized and registered apprenticeship
* City and Guilds certificate in painting and decorating or equivalent

This position is subject to a DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
Salary: £28,636 per annum, pro-rata.
