About the Role We are seeking a skilled and proactive Service and Warranty Manager for one of our clients based in Redditch. This role is responsible for overseeing product returns, repairs, and technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution. You'll work closely with internal teams to investigate faults, manage service workflows, and maintain high standards of quality and responsiveness.
