Job Title: Cover Supervisor – Secondary School

Pay: £110–£140 per day

We’re working with a welcoming secondary school in Tower Hamlets that’s looking for a confident Cover Supervisor to step in and keep learning ticking along when teachers are away. The students are lively, the behaviour policies are clear, and SLT are hands-on and supportive, no guesswork, no sink-or-swim vibes.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Supervising pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4
2. Keeping classrooms calm, focused, and purposeful
3. Supporting students with their work and routines
4. Being a positive, steady presence in the school day
This role is ideal if you:
5. Have experience working with young people in a school or similar setting
6. Are confident managing a classroom and building quick rapport
7. Are considering a future in teaching, or enjoy the variety of school life
8. Like knowing what you’re earning, £120–£140 per day, paid weekly
