Tennial Personnel are actively seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Team Leader to join a growing, family-run manufacturing business based in Risby, near Bury St Edmunds. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity after a successful 12 week working period, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with a 1-hour unpaid break, offering an hourly rate of £14.00–£15.00 per hour depending on experience. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, this role sits within an exciting and rapidly developing sector and plays a key part in delivering a critical first production run of a newly designed product. You will lead a mixed team of Production Operators and Production Technicians while remaining actively involved on the production floor, promoting a strong focus on safety, quality, structure, and on-time delivery.
