We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading professional services clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Test Manager to join their team for a ten-month contract.
Strong track record in testing Salesforce CRM implementations with experience in Oracle CX to Salesforce migrations
Expectations:
* Strong track record in testing Salesforce CRM implementations with experience in Oracle CX to Salesforce migrations
* Experience in driving data migrations especially with GDPR considerations desired
* Good knowledge of testing tools and methodologies
* Great leadership, collaboration and influencing skills with colleagues, senior stakeholders and suppliers would be a key strength for this role
* Strong end to end software deployment experience
* Background in retail or media industry preferred but not essential
* Ability to communicate across multiple stakeholder groups and drive them through relevant testing phases.
Job Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Understand the requirements and objectives of the project and create a test plan and strategy aligned with the implementation plan and the required business outcomes.
* Manage all testing throughout the CRM Implementation Project (Sprint Testing, SIT, UAT etc.) to ensure what is delivered is high-quality and represents the client´s requirements and the project objectives.
* Oversee the planning, design, and execution of tests to ensure that the system and processes meet quality standards and are free from errors and defects.
* Undertake end-to-end testing management, including planning, risks, issues, dependency management, lessons learned and governance.
* Ensure appropriate scripts, of sufficient quality with no gaps, are available for each type of testing.
* Set-up appropriate testing tools and practices for their use e.g. Jira.
* Brief and manage business users through each type and stage of testing, providing adequate notice for diary management.
* Identify and escalate any problems in functionality or quality and provide recommendations to improve performance.
* Manage pen testing using 3rd party suppliers
* Effective hand-off of issues to the SI/Technical Team for resolution, and monitoring and managing the responses so that unnecessary delays are not incurred.
* Critically evaluate and communicate findings to the Programme Manager, Product Owner, Project team and other stakeholders as appropriate.
