Mosaic Trainer – Children’s Services
Location: Halifax, West Yorkshire (Hybrid – remote & on-site)
Contract: 16 March 2026 – 20 September 2026
Hours: 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Security: Basic DBS required
Role Purpose
We are recruiting an experienced Mosaic Trainer to support the successful implementation and adoption of Mosaic within Children’s Services for a large public sector organisation. The role focuses on delivering high-quality training to ensure staff are confident in applying new workflows, recording models, and system functionality.
You will work closely with subject matter experts, operational leads, and technical teams to ensure training content aligns with project objectives, statutory requirements, and operational practice.
Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver tailored Mosaic training across Children’s Services

Develop training materials, user guides, and e-learning content aligned to new workflows and system functionality
*
Conduct training needs analysis across service areas to inform rollout plans
*
Work collaboratively with SMEs and project leads to ensure training reflects operational and statutory requirements
*
Support UAT and early adopter groups through walk-throughs, drop-in sessions, and hands-on guidance
*
Maintain and update training content in response to system changes and user feedback
*
Deliver training flexibly in line with go-live and rollout timelines
*
Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve delivery
Essential Skills & Experience
*
Proven experience delivering Mosaic training within Children’s and Adults’ Services
*
Strong working knowledge of Mosaic functionality and workflows
*
Experience training users at all levels and across varied professional backgrounds
*
Ability to communicate complex processes clearly and accessibly
*
Good finance exposure, with the ability to develop targeted finance guidance
*
Experience delivering both in-person and digital training
*
Public sector experience
