The role:
We are looking for confident, professional, and proactive SIA-licenced Door Supervisors to join our team. You are not just on the door - you are the face of safety for our clients.
As a successful candidate, Adamantine Global will aid in continued professional development training to ensure we are consistent with the delivery of service to our clients.
As a Highfield approved training centre, in addition to our own staff CPD commitments, you will receive discounts on further training including, first aid, top-up, and fire safety training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Controlling entry and exit routes, ensuring a safe and orderly flow of customers
* Conducting ID checks (Challenge 25) and bag searches to prevent prohibited items
* Managing queues and engaging positively with guests
* Monitoring behaviours to defuse potential conflicts before escalation
* Physically intervening only when necessary to protect customers and staff
* Liaising with police, first raiders, and management when necessary
* Conduct thorough surveillance of the premises using CCTV systems to identify suspicious activity
* Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and unauthorised access
* Enforce venue policies and procedures in a courteous yet firm manner
What we need:
* A valid frontline SIA Door Supervisor licence (Mandatory - non-SIA licence holders will not be considered)
* A 5-year checkable work/school history
* Must be fluent in English as communication is key
* Excellent communication skills and customer focus
* Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Smart appearance and professional attitude
* Proven experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or security roles is highly desirable
* Knowledge of CCTV operation and monitoring techniques
* First aid certification or ability to provide immediate medical assistance when required
* Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform patrol duties effectively
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays with a willingness to travel.
