Alongside this, you will manage workflows and oversee payroll production, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to legislative and corporate requirements. Your ability to resolve complex issues, analyse performance data, and identify opportunities for improvement will support evidence-based decisions that enhance customer experience and deliver better outcomes. We are looking for someone with strong experience in large-scale payroll environments and deep knowledge of Oracle HR/Payroll modules.
