We are looking for an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Phoenix Park Care Village in Scunthorpe. This full‑time role will be based at our Care Village, supporting the 146 residents with a range of age‑related health and care needs.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the nursing team, ensuring high standards of patient care.
* Supervise staff, plan rotas and coordinate shift coverage.
* Deliver person‑centred care plans and champion independence and choice.
* Oversee medicine management and maintain accurate documentation.
* Provide induction, ongoing clinical supervision, and mentorship for team members.
* Ensure legal compliance with NMC Code, CQC standards and internal policies.
* Represent the care home to the Care Home Manager and deputy when required.
